Tiago is a Massage Therapist specialised in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Tiago has an extensive background as a Professional Dancer in the West End and as an Athlete in the Volleyball Premier London League.

Being a Professional Athlete and Dancer has helped Tiago to understand the uniqueness of the human body and the importance of looking after it. His years of experience as a Massage Therapist has led him to understand we all have different anatomies. His goal is to help you to find the perfect balance of stretching, workout, and massage therapy to best fits your needs.
