Rob has worked with many clients on a rehabilitation journey which has given him a keen eye for detail and focus on safety. He specialises in getting people stronger and fitter through creating a program they enjoy doing. He takes pride in creating training programs that are fun, varied and challenging. He see’s the importance of building confidence through training and cares greatly about the people he works with. Seeing his clients apply and push themselves gives him great satisfaction. He understands that education and empowerment is an important part of coaching and enjoys working with clients that are new to strength training or those that are wanting to progress from their current competency.
