Lynda’s passion for sports began at a young age, competing in Irish dancing and swimming competitions. After an injury setback, she started training in the gym to help recover and has never looked back.
Lynda has trained in bodybuilding and powerlifting and aims to support her clients in achieving a balanced active lifestyle that benefits all aspects of their lives.
