Lloyd is not only personable but also deeply passionate about his work. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and exceptional coaching ability, all fuelled by a desire to positively influence people’s lives. He has over 15 years’ experience and employs a competency driven approach, understanding the dynamics of stress on working professionals. Lloyd purposefully continues to develop his practise which has seen him visit and work with world leading performance centres across Europe and North America. Lloyd has also worked in professional football at first team and academy level.
Lloyd is an Elite Personal Trainer.
