Jummy was introduced to Pilates following an injury whilst sparring in Muay Thai Boxing. Her love for the Pilates method began with STOTT PILATES® training, through which she built her understanding of the anatomy and biomechanics of the body. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, she explores natural and functional movement patterns for the body.
Jummy enthusiastically educates clients, challenging them with an emphasis on core strength. She adapts training to individual abilities and brings positive energy to every session.
