Since a young age, Jade has enjoyed various sports and led an active lifestyle. After suffering a back injury, Jade’s passion grew to support others along the rehabilitation journey. Jade has managed a range of injuries with clients from general lower back pain and pre-operative care to acute structural damage, and chronic degenerative and progressive injuries. Jade has continued to expand her experience and knowledge of effective treatment modalities and injury management strategies to support an effective recovery. As a coach and personal trainer, Jade emphasises the importance of training and lifestyle adjustments to promote and sustain a stronger, active, pain-free lifestyle.
