Studying Exercise Science was a natural progression from Ben’s Cricket and Rugby career and taught him the value of movement for longevity. He understands the challenges of life’s demands and emphasises the importance of functional movement. This is reflected in his coaching style, developing knowledge of biomechanics and human body systems to build tailored programs to meet each individuals needs.
Ben has a love for well-being and helps clients build their goals into their lifestyle. He realises that life can get in the way, but by combining education with flexible, non-restrictive strategies, he empowers clients to rise to the challenge.
