Anna is passionate about women’s health, specifically those with PCOS. Having been diagnosed with PCOS herself, Anna understands the impact PCOS can have and has personally implemented lifestyle changes that have improved her symptoms. Anna continues to grow her knowledge and is working towards a Level 4 qualification in lower back pain.
