Aliyah’s number 1 priority as a trainer is to ensure that as many women as possible feel confident in lifting weights and fuelling their bodies with good nutrition to do so. Aliyah has a versatile skill set, utilising many techniques from weightlifting and powerlifting to mobility and rehab.
Aliyah looks at several lifestyle factors including nutrition, sleep and stress, to help clients achieve their goals. She works with those who are brand new to the gym and want to learn more about lifting weights and building healthy habits, and those who are already experienced but want more effective programming, accountability and nutritional guidance.
