Mouth and nose taping has been gaining popularity as a simple, non-invasive technique to improve breathing, sleep quality and overall health. The practice involves applying a small piece of tape over the mouth or across the nostrils before sleep to encourage nasal breathing, which offers a range of health benefits; its potential to alleviate snoring, support better sleep hygiene and improve oral health.
How Mouth and Nose Taping Works
The goal of mouth and nose taping is to gently train the body to breathe through the nose instead of the mouth during sleep.
