Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries & strawberries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tsp nut butter (I used almond)
- 1/2 scoop NFF vanilla whey protein powder
- 50ml milk of your choice.
- To serve:
- Fresh blueberries
- Chia seeds
- Sliced strawberry
- A small drizzle of nut butter
- Pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth but still thick.
- Spoon into a bowl and serve topped with fresh berries seeds and a little nut butter.
