Lloyd has been coaching in the City of London since graduating in 2012. He now specialises in working with time poor professionals to achieve their desired goals without depriving themselves of the occasional drink and their favourite foods. Lloyd tailors his programs to each of his client’s bodies and goals, he doesn’t just train people how he likes to train.
