Slip into infinity-level water under a sculpted ceiling of light. Our 20m pool has 6 generous lanes designed for performance. The latest ultra-violet filtration technology works like sunlight to keep the water permanently purified.

Mind & Body

A space to focus and relax. The sculptural, curved ceiling and walls in our hot yoga studio promote calmness and serenity. Can’t spot the heaters? We use Europe’s only infrared-mirrored panels to create a range of temperatures suited to each class. This is a yoga lovers paradise.

Changing Rooms

Our changing rooms are more boutique hotel than gym. With natural skin, hair care products and fluffy towels finish each workout refreshed, relaxed and ready for the world.

Sauna & Steam

Embrace the heat: a hydrotherapy pool with massage jets, secluded Red Cedar Sauna, or marbled ceramic steam room, with eucalyptus-infused steam to clear your pores and airways. Emerge relaxed and refreshed.

Cycle

Go deeper: a cycle amphitheatre with unique light displays and sound tracks designed for each class. Ride high with tiered bikes for the best view. Test your endurance with headwinds from industrial turbines.

Escape

Our adult lounge is designed for pre- or post-workout focus. Purpose-built ‘Quiet Rooms’ are equipped with guided meditation for mind and body.
