Swim

Immerse yourself in the 20-metre pool. The bronze angled mirror-finish ceilings reflect shimmering light as you train. The latest ultra-violet filtration technology works like intense sunlight to keep the water permanently purified. Less chemicals, more comfort. Water your skin will love.

Sauna & Steam

Embrace the heat: a sauna with ergonomically designed Iroko benching and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that overlook the pool. A porcelain-tiled steam room, with menthol infused steam to clear your pores and airways. Emerge relaxed and refreshed.

Changing Rooms

Our changing rooms are more boutique hotel than gym. With natural skin, hair care products and fluffy towels finish each workout refreshed, relaxed and ready for the world.

Mind & Body

A space to focus and relax. The sculptural, curved ceiling and walls in our hot yoga studio promote calmness and serenity. Can’t spot the heaters? We use Europe’s only infrared-mirrored panels to create a range of temperatures suited to each class.

Train

Enjoy over 8,000 square feet of open gym space at Third Space City. Reach a new personal best on Technogym resistance machines and free weights or sweat on the latest Woodway treadmills.

Cycle

Go deeper: unique light displays and sound tracks designed for each class. Ride high with tiered bikes for the best view. Test your endurance with headwinds from industrial turbines

High Intensity Studio

Close the door and block out the distraction – this is where work happens. With adaptive lighting, surround sound and integrated MyZone technology, pushing yourself to new limits has never been more enjoyable.
