Brand new to Brazilian jiu-jitsu? Start with our introductory class for White Belts. Learn the rules of the sport, health and safety when training, dojo etiquette and basic terminology, positions and movement drills.

BJJ Fundamentals

Learning the fundamental positions, movements and techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. A grappling based martial art which uses takedowns, throws, pins and submissions to combat your opponent. This class is ideal for those new to Jiu Jitsu and grappling.

BJJ Academy at Third Space

BJJ Mixed Level

Develop complexity with more advanced techniques, including combinations of attacks and submissions from guard, passing techniques, and positional and situational sparring. For White Belts (with 12 weeks’ training) up to Black Belts.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class practiced in normal training clothes (not wearing a gi). A grappling based martial art which uses takedowns, throws, pins and submissions to combat your opponent. We recommend those new to Jiu Jitsu and grappling begin with the Fundamentals class.

BJJ Intermediate-Advanced

For White Belts 3 stripes up to Black Belts. Develop a complete, individualized game. Learn advanced and modern techniques through detailed explanations and demonstrations. Take part in positional, situational and live sparring.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class practiced in kimono (gi). A grappling based martial art which uses takedowns, throws, pins and submissions to combat your opponent. Participants are required to bring their own gi. We recommend those new to Jiu Jitsu and grappling begin with the Fundamentals class.

BJJ Sparring And Competition

Simulating the intensity of a tournament match, expect sparring and drilling of techniques and positions commonly used in competitions.

Boxing at Third Space

This class uses progressive boxing technique training to bring out the Champion in you. This class is for all levels. Please note that you will need to bring your own Wraps – these can be purchased at Concierge.
