Slow and meditative, Yin Yoga promotes flexibility, relaxation and energy flow by applying gentle, sustained pressure. Postures are held for 4-6 minutes for deep stretching of the body’s connective tissues. Ideal for stress relief, mindfulness, and increasing joint mobility.
