Demi provides tailored experiences to the unique needs of her clients, from busy professionals, new parents and elite performers. Her bespoke programs focus on body recomposition, enhancing strength, improving athleticism, and nurturing mental resilience. In pre/postnatal fitness, she draws on her extensive knowledge of the body’s complexities during and after pregnancy to prevent potential issues and support the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of both women and men navigating parenthood.
