With many years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Sara has developed an extensive knowledge in strength training for all abilities. Sara’s passion for fitness derives from a childhood as a competitive Show Jumper.
A chronic health condition was the motivation to begin a career helping others in similar situations, taking a holistic approach to training and making the journey fun, enjoyable and sustainable.
