Bio

Having served 17 years as a Commando Physical Training instructor specialising in complex trauma rehabilitation, Joe brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role of Fitness Manager. An Elite PT, endurance training and resistance adaptability are his comfort zones. But Joe likes to try all modalities of fitness believing that everyone has their intrinsic motivation somewhere, it’s his job to find it and empower others to enjoy exercise.
