Coco has a passion for clients finding joy and confidence within their training, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
She builds a welcoming environment within the gym space, with a holistic approach where clients can learn and grow.
Fitness has always been an integral part of her life, after leaving a career in professional dance, Coco came to PT wanting to help others build a healthy relationship with movement and exercise. Outside of work Coco competes in marathons, and ultra-endurance ultra-marathon races, as well as CrossFit competitions.
