Glenn’s love of exercise began when he joined the elite British Army’s ‘ The Parachute Regiment’. After leaving the army, Glenn naturally fell into the fitness industry, where he found his passion for helping to support people to achieve their lifestyle goals. He became a qualified personal trainer at the age of 21.
