-
No, you can book an appointment directly with us without a GP referral. However, if you are claiming through insurance, your provider may require a referral. Check with your insurer for their specific policy.

Initial consultations are typically 30 – 45 minutes long and include a thorough assessment and treatment plan. Follow-up sessions usually last 30-45 minutes, depending on your treatment needs. Longer sessions are available on request.
-
The number of sessions recommended will depend on the nature and severity of your condition.
After the initial consultation, your physiotherapist will create a personalised treatment plan and give you an estimate of the required sessions. Typically, patients may need 4-6 sessions, but this varies.
-
Many private health insurance policies cover physiotherapy. We are registered with most major health insurers, including Bupa and AXA PPP.
Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your level of coverage and any necessary referrals or pre-authorisations.
-
We understand that schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
